11/19/2023. I wish I could rate a Minus 5 Star. This company is completely useless! I had Metlife Dental Federal Insurance as a secondary policy for my wife and I. My premiums for the year came to $1,010.40, that is $84.20 a month through my FAA Retirement. Metlife paid a total for the year to my dentist of $283.80.This dental plan, provided by Anthem New Hampshire, gives you an annual maximum of $1,000. Also, a $50 deductible will be charged per insured person.
