It is a long shot but I believe CUE is based on the hard drive. It may be possible that the hard drive is dying. Apparently being out in the heat for too long can cause this issue. You can reset your cue screen by... 1. turning on car. 2. opening bay door. 3. turning car off (leave bay door open) 4. open car door and leave open for about 30 secs. 5. close door, turn on car, and lower bay door.

Just got back from updating the CUE system on my ATS after 2days. The dealer was packed with people so I couldn't really test it too much onsite. After I got home I was trying everything out and everything seems to be working perfectly if not even better than before.
