It is being installed for you in recent builds of emudeck, no user setup necessary. It just works. Delete all shortcuts you have made for cemu before, and or or run steam rom manager again for its links to be updated. Also delete cemu.exe if you want it updated. :) (after the next update of emudeck you wont need to even do that.)
