I reprogrammed my 396 handheld today using FREESCAN with no issues. Picking up Troops A, I, G, F, K and E. Only Troop H is still missing. My HP1 is also doing okay. Any chance you have a copy of the list that you use that I can compare to mine to see what I am doing wrong?The CLMRN system has dead spots in basements and subfloors, as I am learning testing the system across 70 locations within Montville. For example, a Middletown user going to Hartford would normally go out of range before reaching their destination. They would have the frequencies from CLMRN programmed in and as the Middletown signal weakens, the radio scans and picks up a stronger CLMRN site.
