GShade is dead. Use Reshade. There's a million posts already, so I'll keep it short and just say to Google how to move gshade shades to reshade. Right now I'm just using the nvidia filters, going to have a look at reshade at weekend when I have more time. I'm gonna be that person.
As for how to delete it, check out the current "how to switch to ReShade" thread on the frontpage of the ffxiv subreddit. I really would just Google their questions before asking them. tl;dr: Gshade dev went on an ego trip, added malware to the mod, and subsequently got banned from Github. Gshade is dead.
