In short, if you are sending email from a php form inside a cPanel account to a GoDaddy Workspace email address, you cannot send it from A to B. You have to switch the MX record of cPanel so you can send it from A to C to B, with C being a remote email server. I hope that helps explain it a bit better - it is quite a technical concept!
