That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. That said, that door is VERY unsafe without the rear latch in the latched position.Looks like Honda still using same firmware for Power sliding door operation and it is still possiblity to get occational glitches.
