Login will take about 8 minutes, opening task manager would take about 5 minutes, oddly enough, Chrome would open quick and internet browsing was fine. Uninstall Lightspeed Smart Agent and everything works great no matter which network you're on. Lightspeed has been really great on helping us through this issue though, I have to give them that.
