As soon as I lock and unlock the car the door needs the push again or to be open from the inside. I really need some help here. The door panel needs to be removed and put eyes on it. Could be a linkage issue and possibly the door lock actuator does'nt have full motion although I could make argument why that might not make sense based on your post.
