Mar 13, 2023 · Module not found BeutifulSoup PyCharm Mac. I've been trying to use BeautifulSoup and installed in my conda environment but I keep getting ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'bs4' and I can't figure out why. I'm using the correct conda environment (named venv) for my file and it says that bs4 is installed in the environment that I'm using.
This issue maybe due to common user do not have privilege to access packages py file. 1. root user can run 'pip list'. 2. other common user cannot run 'pip list'. The src part was the source of the problem, but without it PyCharm wouldn't know how to find the modules. In PyCharm Preferences I went to the menu Project: <my_project> / Project Structure .
