The issue with Windows C++ development specifically is that it’s pretty hard, maybe even impossible to avoid Visual Studio. Just do clarify, I don’t mean VSCode, I mean the full “fat” Visual Studio. Is a command inside neovim, : enters command mode and enter executes the command. :help shows the Neovim manual and you can search specific topics, commands, options, etc. For example :help :help would give you more information about the :help command
