If you aren't on new game plus/not using skill cards, I would say very hard. Otherwise you could just buy all the top skills when you need them and it would be challenging but not impossible. Izanagi is not that difficult actually with good skills. Though for P4 - fusion hell awaits.If you want to abuse skill cards and all that jazz on Izanagi, Magatsu-Izanagi always wins because of its inherent Null Light/Dark resistances.
