I was able to pick up a flat blade sight with slim bead at a local gun show and used a dremel to cut it to size and slim it down so it fit the barrel band grove. The old sight comes off easy enough with a small punch and I used a shortened nail as a rivet to attach the new sight.This sight has a spherical 1/8" diameter brass bead surrounded by a black outline that will show up on any color target. This sight is .410" tall, which works well with Uberti and Marbles rear sights. Yes, my new Rossi 92 .454 Casull + .45 Colt shot about 7-8" high at 50 yds, out of the box. That was with the rear sight all the way down (slide to the rear). That means the front sight needs to be taller or the rear sight needs to go down still more. Mine also shot a bit to the left, but not as bad as yours.
