Much closer than I measured in the driveway. Probably the best thing would be to open the door first so it indexes the window down on the driver's side then disconnect the battery and either remove it or with it disconnected it should not have any drain on it. Then close the door and lock it with the button on the door. The fuel pressure regulator for the 2003-2004 SSR is located in the middle of the driver's side of the intake manifold in the fuel rail. It is a vacuum based regulator which means that when the vacuum is highest (at idle), it allows a small portion of the fuel to be routed back to the tank via the fuel return line.The LM4 makes 300 hp @ 5200 rpm, while making 331 #ft. @ 4000 rpm. The LS2 makes 395 hp @ 5700 rpm and 405 #ft. @ 4000 rpm. So, the LS2 has 74 #ft. additional torque at the same rpm as the LM4 - that's significant.
