That's why I thought he was talking about Linus. It was after solving the puzzle and Leo had "moved on". So just because of sheer placement, is why I thought it was about my fav NPC Linus. First, there are 7 walnuts that the parrot does not give hints for. 1 is found on a bush in the south of the gem bird shrine area. 3 are received from placing a banana on the shrine just to the west of the stairs leading up to Leo's tree hut. 3 are received from playing darts with the pirates. You'll want to verify that you've found all of these.
