I've ruled out the following: 1) Front passenger window switch - it's fine as I tried it by connecting to the rear door. 2) Motor/regulator - I bought a brand new motor / regulator. The window controller needs to be reset. Easy peasy! Turn the ignition on, no need to start the engine. Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done!

The dealer just called back and told me a new TSB was received 2 days ago citing a faulty regulator. The new part is supposed to come in tomorrow (weather permitting in southeastern PA). Dealer reset for free. If I remember correctly (cannot remember where I park sometimes LOL) you cycle the drivers window down and hold for five seconds and then back up and hold for five seconds.
