Simply removing the door trim to change the speaker or whatever you want to do. Couldn't find a video for it so I made one.

The panel has "push in fasteners" (not sure what they are called)around the parameter. You have to pry them out. Start on the bottom corner, take something like a large flat screwdriver and get between the panel and the metal part of the door and pry it out.
