It's Dynamic FPS + 60 FPS enabled but the actual framerate in Ryujinx is 55-60 FPS during a night rainstorm. But as you can see, the stuttering is really low/rare now with v1.41 of Dynamic FPS. In TOTK ( on Yuzu ) I get 4k60fps most of the time, low 50s in dense areas and crashes ( had it happen once ). Same thing on my Steam Deck, 30fps sometimes, mid 20s in dense areas. Some games the frame rate is tied to the speed of the game. Like in MK8 if you had 120fps the whole UI and gameplay would be 2x as fast compared to regular 60fps.
