Probably. Sif, Heimdall, Thor, Loki, Hela. Hela is the most important and should be put on the end, while heimdall is fairly expendable. I've tried a few, but I've found my saved squad as Loki, Hela, Heimdall, Thor, then Sif. If something works better, I'd love to know too!

I'll counter Waka with different teams if they are in Room 1 vs Room 5. Wakanda in room 5 can be dealth with a high eternals duo. Marauders can be beaten with zemo factor if not in room 6. H4h can be beaten with pretty much everything in crucible. Neither have I managed consistently. I would not recommend full Pym, as I've got a full G15 team and ....meh. For me, it’s Minn, Ghost, Ultimus, Wasp, and Phyla but only because those are the top 5 highest of that type. I’m getting through the gamma boss 4.3 with phyla, ghost, Ultimus, shuri and Minerva.
For the best ones for each node you can check which teams people have one shot the. For the first run, obviously phoenix is mandatory with colossus highly recommended. Sinister, Emma, Ultron, Shuri and others can help. I just did half of node 7 with Sinister, Emma, Ultron, SD and Phoenix.
