I've been stuck at 1,387 points for like the past 3 weeks, and I've gone probably at least 10 times. I either scanned in-store, or ordered online. Once, I submitted for when I forget to scan, the receipt. Haven't gotten any points for that. No problem since the receipt info can be put in the app. So two weeks ago I had two receipts that the app never seemed to apply the points too.
