I’m interested in this very setup with dual haslows, but the interest in them seem low so I’ll dial in my 2 cents on what I found. The best setup for dual haslow petal whips seem to be taking in account 2 things: Innate blood This weapon has innate blood natively. It stands to reason that you should take advantage of it. In short, try bravery. But likely, bloodstain. What the others said are pretty good tips. I use dual whips a lot on one of my invasion characters. I think one of the biggest things is that they have so much animation lock and end lag. Get used to the spacing and you can punish the popular attacks really easily. My whip run is gonna be Castlevania themed so besides those things I am gonna use throwables as heart weapons so the pot booster. For my dual wield bleed whips, I used Lord of Blood's Exultation, Claw Talisman, Erdtree Favor +2, and Crimson Amber +2. (bleed atk buff, jump attack buff, hp/stam/load up, hp up.)
