I find sometimes, when I am beginning a drive, the top of the windshield fogs up a bit and thus the eyesite can't see. Also, here in winter if i use windshield washer sometimes still happens because water freezes. A couple of minutes of defroster fix problem.The dealer reset the code and explained that it takes 3 full running cycles to automatically reset. (engine all the way cold to warmed up x3). TL;DR: If you get a check engine light and Eyesight disabled, check your gas filler cap and run thru 3 warm up/cool down cycles.
