Check your battery connections and clean them. check actual battery voltage to make sure you have at min 12v. After making sure you have good power check power at the starter main terminal, starter relay and small wire on the starter (should have 12v when key turned to "start".

Make sure the electrical connection to the coils are fully connected. If you have one, run a scanner for codes. If you are certain everything is installed correctly, personally I'd take the ground off the battery for a couple hours and let the truck reset itself.
