No matter how you specialize, a pure Sorcerer will always out-deal a pure Wizard, as he has a higher base spell level (thanks to the Savant tree), more spell points and a lower cost in general. The advantage of the Wizard however is that he can do much more than just ... 19,465. Pale Master Guide. **Updated for U29 -- Build updated in post 2, and post enhancement pass commentary (post-U19) starts with Post #48**. U29 brought DC casters to the fore-front. With LE mobs one shoting all but the toughest tanks (and they go down in 2-3 hits). For the current LE raids a strong DC caster is almost required.
This strike is woven into the build as it is AoE, applies a debuff, deals force damage, and most importantly: procs the paranoia/dark imbuement ability. Paranoia really pushes your damage even higher because of the investment into Sneak Damage which this build goes into (bettered further with gear, lives etc).
Overall while I want to try to make this work as my main, I gotta give it a 6 out of 10 just due to the bugs, and inability to really do any dungeon with constructs well. One suggestion I would have for SSG is allow bestow curse to land on constructs, etc once you have the 4th core in Dark Apostate.Mar 19, 2024 · The Alchemist is a Premium class introduced in U45 (Feb 2020).
