Even though I love my Icarus Precision grip module, I did end up putting a Hogue rubber grip sleeve on it. They make a P365 and a P365xl specific ones. It helped give the little big extra palm swell that I needed to fill my hand and made me fall in love with my P365xl all over again. It's only $12-$13 on Amazon or any other gun website.
