It started with it randomly starting and dying. I would give it a little gas and it would start back up most times. But some times I would have to let it sit for a few minutes and then it would start.

Lube all the threads on the bolts and the puller. Tighten down on it. If it doesnt come right off u may have to heat the flywheel around the center, make sure the puller is good and tight and hit the puller (the part u turn to pull the part) with a hammer a few good times. 2000 Xplorer 400 4x4. .040 over, head shaved .020.

Help rzr won’t start no spark. So I got my 2015 rzr 1000 xp stuck pretty good the other night the front end was pretty far under the water/sand/mud mixture but the rear of the rzr was still on dry ground it was running for a good 20 minutes sitting like that and never overheated.

If the engine cranks over and you have no spark I would remove the crankshaft position sensor and clean the end of it off as there may be some metal debris interfering with the crank signal to the computer.It so happens the 03 Pred 500 is a bit more complicated than earlier and later models. I purchased an aftermarket cdi and coil sincethe motor only came with the harnes coming out of the engine. I believe the 2018 do, and I know the 2019s like mine require brake pedal input to crank. It is possible that the switch or wiring to it might be malfunctioning.
