You are correct. The only way to obtain new exotics is legend lost sectors or the legendary campaign. For swarmers they need to be unlocked by completing the campaign on legend then you can grind legend lost sectors for new rolls. Nah you can just get them from the lost sector. yeah vex strike force needs some big changes. Right now there is a 30 minute period at the top of every hour (example, 1:45pm to 2:15pm) where there is a CHANCE a vex strike force will spawn. And then of course if the vex incursion zone is the same as terminal overload zone there is 24 hours with no vex incursions.Depending on what players can tell, the Vex strike force will randomly appear somewhere on the map in the Vex Incursion area. This is shown on Neomuna, on Neptune. Now under this site you can search for the Vex Incursion area code and visit that area.
