Here it is: The section banks were the first problems created when the new MCAT was released. The AAMC created them before they did research on the new MCAT format. Since then they dumbed the MCAT down. So Biochem depth is UWorld>AAMC>KA. If you cover UWorld, I think you'll be good for biochem content. However, for style of questions, AAMC content is much more representative. UWorld tests a lot of content directly. I'd say 80% of the questions don't require the passage information to answer the Qs, whereas 80% of Q's for AAMC requires passage ... In terms of difficulty, it seems like people think that the real test is a lot harder. UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127.
