Once the cltuch nut is off, remove the front cover and sheave together. remove the spacer. reinstall the front sheave and the nut. 2005 kfx 400 wont idle. 05 kfx400 will not idle. i have tried everything that i can think of. carb has been rebuilt, checked the ohms on the throttle position sensor and was in spec. dont know where to go next. is there a way to test the pcm, besides going to the dealer. any help would be greatly appreciated.

2008 KFX 450R problems. How are you to check the oil level. The book that I got tells me to stand it on it's back bumper and check the oil level in the sight glass. The problem is all the oil came out the engine breather and pluged the filter. Here is a list of what I've down so far to try to solve the problem: ~Checked Timing. ~Valves are good. ~Compression is good. ~Timing is good. ~ Put in new starter clutch (had metal shaving particles) ~New coil, cap and spark plug.
