Why would downloading a free DLC cause any problem? I'm going to remove the Holiday Celebration Pack from the Unlocker configs in the next release to avoid confusion. It will still work fine if you add it to your acc on Origin. And this applies to any game and any DLC - if it's not in the Unlocker but you own it - it will still be unlocked.
