It’s a bit annoying to complete the required task of 10 and be shown you’re still one short. the bosses are not counted as elite enemies, so you really have 9 elite enemies and 2 bosses. I use S1, Province 5, Stage 5 (6 flags required). season 1 province 3 stage 4, 6 flags. I concur with above that the bosses are not counted as elite enemies.
