How to start a frag run on your own. Method 1: Use an alt. Have your it in your party and join the f7 and you will be on your own. Method 2: Use a bot that is made for solo frag running. I recommend fragbot1, fragbot2 or fragbot3.If you can only get spoon mage or bers you should get like cata 30 before trying s+. I'd reccomend using a hyperion / an expensive archer setup. Don't do f7 if u can't even get an Archer setup. You can't do f7 without hype mage or expensive archer setup, do f6 until you can afford those.F7 completion and storm armor. If you will proceed with F6 - get 3/4 storm, otherwise (if you decided to stay on F7) replace necro lord with storm 1 by 1 as you gain cata levels (it will also get you time to snipe those)You definitely need a floor 7 completion and then buy 3/4 storm's armor and use those wither goggles. Use that legendary sheep pet with a shelmet on it. for kuudra/f7+ you will need a hype. Mage setup is expensive.

Btw, mage is really bad f3-f7. In f7, mages are only good if you have a Hyperion and 3/4 storm/full storm + Legendary Sheep. But yes, I would get blue whale for tankiness, get a good sword for healing. But I don't recommend mage for f4-f7. Mage will be painful progression and takes a lot of coins. My advice is progress to F7 as berserker (maybe archer at later lvls) then switch to mage when you have hyperion. Without a hyperion you will not get parties on F7 or above. For outside dungeons aurora gear (mage gear from crimson isles) is cheap to startup.

That would be a good setup for berserker in F7. The F7 mage set will provide good damage and critical hit chance, and the sup drag, SA, and necron will boost your damage even further. The fel sword or sf will provide a strong burst of damage, and the leg baby yeti pet will give you additional health and defense.
