I have a spare set of wheels with snow tires and TPMS sensors that we used on the 2011 and I want to use on the 2017. Looks like the sensors are the same, but on the 2011 you could reset the sensors yourself by letting air out of each tire.This would be my best guess, and in that case, Big Blue did the thing I would have, and just reset the system. Now the Traverse's BCM and ECM will go back through the learn phase, and will be all good. My silverado has done this a few times over the past 7 years of ownership, once the batter has been disconnected for over an hour a couple of times.Ridiculous. This is why I don't want to take it to our local dealer. After I replaced the passenger sensor, the system worked for 2 days. I am now getting the Side detection system needs service again.
