If you have extra time you could try dr.high yield on YouTube for rapid review of IM shelf topics, Emma holiday Im shelf review videos a few days before shelf. I personally only did uworld and nothing else and didn’t even finish more than 40% of the IM shelf questions. Definitely do UWorld IM shelf questions.

As far as tips for IM, just show up, be willing to learn, and be professional. That pretty much covers most of 3rd year to be honest. All of my evals were good and they were all pretty much about how I was good to work with and eager to learn. There's like 450 questions for FM and like 1000+ for "Medicine". I felt like it had a good spread of systems like you mentioned but it tended to be more outpatient management oriented. FM comat is easier. Lots of guideline based questions like what age to do colonoscopy and stuff. FM was a bit easier and it was more outpatient based.
