I have new house with 2 zones with new boilers and radiators. Bought a Nest E for the basement and the new Nest 2020 model for the 1st floor. For the Nest E, I saw this video on YouTube saying that it will degrade your boiler over time and a lot of the comments are saying the same thing if you use only 2 wires.
