It’s by Kristen Ashley. One of the best books I have ever read. Loved the MFC, loved the barbarian king (eventually). This is part of a series, but you can read it first no problem. It’s kinda of a Tolkien/disney blend. World building is amazing in this series. Huh. I’m in a book funk right now. Maybe I am going to have to read this again.

Lately I've had a hard time finding a good scary book to read. I read all of Stephen King (Salem's Lot) and Dean Koontz (Phantoms) books.
