If you're on a20, I would strongly advise against using the command. It's more likely to break the region file than to do anything useful.The idea was just to make a basic "go fetch" quest. There is a known bug when using nitrogen maps that no trader can be found. But they exist. You can find the coordinates of the traders in the prefabs.xml file. Open the file with a text editor and search for "trader". Alternatively you can teleport directly to the trader. Type the command "ttpoi" into the command line and search for "trader".

Travel to the broken trader in the new game, trader should be working now. Shut down the game and delete all of the region files. Restart the game and load all the way into the new save. Shut the game down again. Go back into the region folder and the only file(s) created will be the area for your trader. Copy file(s) and set it to the side.
