Brand new cd skipping.

I recently upgraded to an HP OMEN 16 and I'm having crackling and popping issues with audio. I use my laptop for music production so this is very important to me. I tried updating drivers, reversing drivers, factory reset two times. The laptop is brand new, 3 days now. What seemed to work better was switching the sample rate.It's a double LP picture disc album. Brand new, never played. The other brand new LP that I was playing was KISS MTV Unplugged on yellow vinyl, and it was skipping also. I bought them at the same time, so I doubt that this is just some coincidence.
