They are both the same, they aren’t crap but around hear everything is stucco it seems nowadays. I have 2 DR Horton condos no issues, couple friends have KB same, No issues. They are just cookie cutter look just like your neighbors house type of builders. Dr horton homes are garbage. KB Homes are garbage.

Bought a house built by Lennar. Nearly every trade had to come out and redo things. The repair work they did on this house alone must have cost them upwards of $50k. They even failed to pull permits before doing certain work. Title office screwed up numerous times and failed to handle personal info securely. Neighbors had similar issues.
