Getting more dagger skills only makes it better. IMO daggers start off stronger than other weapon classes. They hit hard, don't lock you down so much as 'normal weapons', and combos are overrated. There’s a ton of good enchants depending on what you are trying to do and your playstyle. Some enchants synergize amazingly well with certain builds. Rainbow Hex + Rupture is an example. It does slightly less base damage than the prayer claymore but it inflicts bleeding.
