Truck won't start after fuel filters changed. I replaced the frame mounted and under hood filters. I hit the start button, without touching the brake, 6 times to prime it. Then tried to start and it just turns over then stops. So I hit the start button four more times without touching the brake pedal and same thing.

No start when hot. diagnostic tips IPR 85% testing the Ford 6.0 Powerstroke diesel No Start: 6.0L Powerstroke ICP Leak Testing To check your ipr and hp oil system: 1. Determine which way you are going to close your IPR valve. There are 4 ways. OTC 6764 Ford Diesel 6.0L IPR Controller / Tester (you can get one on Amazon) The 5 is the cold rating and the 40 is the hot rating so its ok to use in the summer. I was running the T5 10-30 in my 6.0 up until i traded it in. They recommended 10-30 year round for that motor unless you were doing lots of heavy towing. So i would go right ahead and use the T6. It helped a lot in the winter cold starts up here in MN.Jan 16, 2015 · If you have no noise i would check your hose coming from your intake to your map sensor make sure it is not damaged and cac tubes. Mine did something similar and it ended up being the map sensor but you need a monitor to truly isolate the problem. I also got a low boost code.
