Elven daggers are the best looking daggers hands down. I like the Dwarven weapons and armor the best. That dwarven helmet is pretty badass. The only other helmet, that I've gotten a hold of, that's cooler is the Helm of Yngol; plus frost resistance is kind of cool too.

Daedric Armor is the best heavy armor set available in Skyrim. It has insane stats and looks demonic, but in a cool way. The base armor is 144, 96 weight, and a value of 7650.
Weapons would be anything ebony or daedric. I honestly think the best looking weapon is the Wabbajack, just because if the faces and the smooth, clean design.
