This issue is a little different since the crash only occurred with Hulu when pressing the back key on the remote while watching a movie or show; however, hopefully, your issue will eventually be resolved with Amazon Prime and your TV, just as it was resolved with Hulu and my Roku devices.
Update - reset of Roku stick seems to have fixed the issue as of now. I haven't experienced this on any of my Stick 3600 or Stick 3800 devices. This was on an 4660x ethernet ultra, I did not check the other devices yet. I did not do any channel uninstalling.
