I’ve been a member for 4 years and have personally also benefitted from the traditional 2 and 3g classes, but since covid have also noticed a huge shift in the template towards so much cardio and endurance in the templates.Orangetheory Capture the Flag is a partner workout where 2 or 3 partners work together. It’s a rowing challenge where you work with a team to capture as many flags as possible. Those flags are: Green Flag for 3000 meters row. Orange Flag for 4000 meters row. Red Flag for 5000 meters row that represents the milestone. There are 16 thread 50 templates per month. If your studio has more than 16 thread 50 classes, it will repeat. My otf only has 3 thread 50 classes per week so ours should not repeat. My second question was inclines.
