Sep 13, 2023 · I think Rivian needs more than two settings on the ride comfort. Soft and stiff are probably not enough. Possibly a 3rd setting like "balanced" could be added to mimic the old soft so that folks can go back if they want. Ride comfort is very subjective so one person might appreciate an extra floaty and soft ride while another might not.
